Studio Sets & Features

1. Red & Gold Strip Club Set

• Two black, 6-ft-wide stages with securely mounted gold poles (non-spinning). Please use responsibly.

• Surrounded by three red loveseat couches, side tables, plants, and a bar cart.

• Three wall-mounted RGB smart bulbs for customizable lighting.

• DJ lighting setup: two spotlights and a row of lights between the stages, offering multiple colors and effects.

2. Casino / Poker Room

• Three working slot machines (for display only—no keys or money access). Additional slot machines light up and make sounds but do not function for gambling.

• 6-ft craps table and a poker table for 4-5 people plus a dealer. Chips, cards, and dice are NOT included but can be rented in the add-ons section.

• No real gambling is permitted—violations will result in immediate termination of booking.

3. Green & Gold Bar

• 8-ft bar with four black swivel bar chairs.

• Decorative bottle display (sealed bottles with liquid inside—do not open).

• RGB lighting in the bottle wall and front bar area.

4. Strip Club Storefront

• Exterior strip club facade where cars can be positioned.

• Red curtain entrance with neon signs ("Girls Girls Girls" and "Live Girls"—both RGB-controlled).

• Red velvet ropes included.

5. Mini Mart Set

• RGB lighting in all refrigerators, fully app-controlled with multiple effects.

• Counter with non-functional cash register and working TV/radio.

• Neon signage inside and in the front window.

• Non-operational ATM.

• Approx. 600 sq. ft.

6. Outdoor Bodega Storefront (Connected to Mini Mart)

• Authentic NYC-style outdoor storefront with payphone, bench, and "Mini Mart" lit sign.

• The set does not include additional lighting (RGB, spotlights, tube lights)—lighting add-ons available.

• Photos show examples of guest setups using additional lighting.

7. Retro Arcade Room

• Fully immersive arcade set with built-in RGB lighting (app-controlled, multiple effects).

• Functional and display arcade games. Some rotate, make mechanical noises, or light up—ask us if a specific game is functional.

• 750 sq. ft. with RGB vertical light wall, backlit prize counter, and basketball game with RGB effects.

• Motorcycle arcade screen does not turn on.

8. Arcade Storefront

• Entrance marked by "Game Over" neon sign.

• Graffiti and posters on the walls—no logos or brands visible.

Additional Information

• Ceilings: Black throughout, except for white ceilings inside the Mini Mart.

• Lighting Rentals Available: We offer LED bi-color and RGB lights as add-ons. Ask about RGB panels and additional lighting equipment.

• Green Room Available: Small space for hair/makeup, wardrobe, and prep.

• Shared Restroom.

• Noise Considerations:

  • Functioning warehouse operates Mon-Fri until 4:00-4:30 PM and Sat until 1:30-2:00 PM. If your shoot requires clean audio, plan accordingly.

  • Neighboring studio shares walls—sound interference can be blocked for an additional fee.

• Climate Control: The warehouse has A/C, but coverage varies—the main space stays cool, but some rooms may not receive full airflow.

• 1-3 parking spots available inside the shared parking lot (Space depends on vehicle size.)

• Free street parking available all day

• Some sets include windows that allow natural light to enhance your shoot. If you require complete control over lighting, please bring additional equipment or modifiers.

• Professional lighting equipment is available for rent through our Add-Ons section when booking. Be sure to check the available options to suit your needs.

• Please handle all lighting and equipment with care. If using C-stands, ensure they are properly secured and follow the tennis ball rule in hallways to protect floors.

Audio Considerations

• There is a studio next door, which may cause audio interference.

• If you require exclusive sound control, you may block off the adjacent studio to prevent bookings, but additional fees will apply.

• Functioning warehouse operates Mon-Fri until 4:00-4:30 PM and Sat until 1:30-2:00 PM. If your shoot requires clean audio, plan accordingly. There have been other productions that have done fine during business hours of the neighboring business.

Crew Access

Ground Floor

Equipment loading description

One door into the studio and a roll up gate to bring in a car or for easier load-in.

• Booking rates start for 1-5 people guest count total. Please book accordingly and be sure to add guest count from add ons section.

• Arrival: Do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time expecting to set up. Entry is allowed no more than five minutes before your booking starts.

• No fake blood, liquids, or paint.

• Outdoor Shooting:Not allowed. No filming or loitering outside the building.

• Capacity Limits: After 10 PM, max 15 people per booking. No rotating guests to bypass the limit.

• Casino/Poker Set Rules:

  • No food or drinks in this area—no exceptions.

  • Do not stand or sit on the poker or craps tables.

• Poles: Use responsibly. We are not liable for any injuries.

• Nudity & Content Restrictions: Semi-nudity allowed, but no pornography or bodily fluids.

• Prop Rules:

  • Do not attempt to open bottle props—they are sealed. Any opened/damaged bottles will result in fees.

  • Slot machines are for display only—do not insert money (we cannot retrieve it).

  • In the Mini Mart set, all food and drinks are props. Do not open or consume anything—fees apply for opened items.

• Smoking: No smoking. Vaping is allowed.

• No Open Flames.

• Furniture & Props:

  • Some furniture may be moved—ask first and return it to its original place.

  • Props must be put back before your booking ends.

• Attendance & Fees:

  • Do not exceed your booked guest count—you will be automatically charged for additional attendees.

• Weapons: No live guns/weapons. Prop weapons only.

• Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

• Damages & Cleanup:

  • The space must be left as you found it. Any damage to the studio, furniture, props, or equipment may result in additional charges.

• Pets:Not allowed.

• Booking Time:Hourly rates apply. Your setup and cleanup must be within your booking time. Avoid extra fees by wrapping up on time.

• Safety & Conduct:

  • If any guest creates an unsafe environment or causes excessive damage, we reserve the right to shut down your booking.

• Promotional Rights:

  • We reserve the right to capture and share behind-the-scenes photos/videos for promotional purposes.

Cleaning Fee:

• The cleaning fee is included in the rate. Cleaning fee is to ensure bathroom is stocked and trash is taken out as needed. Cleaning fee is not to clean up after you or your guests. Please be sure to leave the studio in the condition it came in.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel up to 72 hours before their booking start time to receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

• Guests can request a reschedule at least 5 days before their booking if the booking is 4 hours or less.

• For bookings longer than 4 hours, rescheduling requests must be made at least one week in advance.

• If a reschedule is requested outside the grace period, additional fees may apply.

Note: Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability to ensure fairness for all guests and bookings.

• Studio Rentals: Available 24/7, 7 days a week for bookings at any time.
