360° Shootable Sets

Perfect for music videos, commercials, films, photoshoots, and more.

All sets listed below are included in your booking:

1) Red Gym Locker Set

• Comes with props such as bench, weight scale, and random sports apparel.

• Adjustable speed bag mounted on the wall (ask the site rep for height adjustments).

• Natural window light available.

• You may place lights outside the windows, but we do not own the sidewalk and cannot guarantee permission (we are not responsible for any lights placed outside).

• Do not block the sidewalk—pedestrians walk through from time to time.

2) Vintage Principal’s Office

• Fully decorated for an authentic vintage office aesthetic.

3) Vintage Ice Cream Shop

• Features a black-and-white checkered floor and mint green walls, creating a classic ice cream shop vibe.

• Fully decorated set with:

  • Fake full tubs of ice cream in a display case with built-in RGB lighting.

  • Small counter with cash register.

  • RGB-lit menu behind the counter.

  • Two fake windows to shine light through.

  • Seating:

    • Two tall round tables with swivel chairs.

    • Two square tables with attached seats.

  • Additional props:

    • 3.5 ft LED Bluetooth jukebox.

    • Multiple non-moveable neon signs.

    • Disco balls.

• Fully 360° shootable set.

• ⚠️ All ice cream and toppings are fake—please do not attempt to eat them.

4) School Hallway

• Long school hallway with lockers leading directly into a classroom.

• Props included:

  • 2 vending machines (soda machine is non-functional; snack machine is functional).

  • Non-functioning water fountain.

  • Bench, trophy case, and other decor.

• Vending machines are NOT moveable.

• Floor Protection Rule:

  • Use tennis balls on C-stands or avoid dragging stands to prevent scuff marks.

  • Leaving major scuffs or damages may result in additional fees.

5) School Classroom

• Vintage classroom with muted yellow printed walls and a green chalkboard.

• Two doors for entry into the classroom.

• Natural window light available (lights may be placed outside, but sidewalks must remain open for pedestrians).

• Fully decorated with:

  • Teacher’s desk and chair.

  • 9 student desks.

  • 2 old-school computers.

  • Shelves, books, and various classroom props.

• ⚠️ Please bring your own chalk for the chalkboard—chalk is not provided.

Additional Spaces

• 1 bathroom.

• Small makeup/changing area included.

Parking: Free all-day street parking is available

• Some sets include windows that allow natural light to enhance your shoot. If you require complete control over lighting, please bring additional equipment or modifiers.

• Professional lighting equipment is available for rent through our Add-Ons section when booking. Be sure to check the available options to suit your needs.

• Please handle all lighting and equipment with care. If using C-stands, ensure they are properly secured and follow the tennis ball rule in hallways to protect floors.

Audio Considerations

• There is a studio next door, which may cause audio interference.

• If you require exclusive sound control, you may block off the adjacent studio to prevent bookings, but additional fees will apply.

Crew Access

Ground Floor

Equipment loading description

We have one space that has a mini ramp or another door with 2 steps to get in. There is space for crew but also space for makeup/changing room.

General Rules

• Booking rates start for 1-5 people guest count total. Please book accordingly and be sure to add guest count from add ons section.

• Arrival & Setup: Do not arrive earlier than your scheduled booking time. You may enter no more than five minutes before your booking start time.

• Exterior Filming:Shooting outside the building is not allowed.

• Loitering: No gathering or hanging out right outside the building.

• No shooting outside.

• No fake bloods, liquids or paint.

• Equipment Handling:

  • Use C-stands with tennis balls in the hallway or lift them when moving lights to avoid floor damage.

  • Some furniture may be moved—please ask before doing so. All moved items must be returned to their original place before your booking ends.

• Hallway & Classroom Posters:

  • Posters and banners cannot be removed.

  • You may place your own signs over them, but use only tape or 3M adhesives—no staples, nails, or direct tape on studio posters.

• Props & Space Maintenance:

  • All props must be returned to their original place before the end of the booking.

  • The space must be left in the condition you entered it. Any damages to the studio, furniture, props, or equipment will result in additional charges.

• Capacity & Conduct:

  • No more than 20 people for bookings after 10 PM.

• No smoking. Vape is okay.

• Fog machines are allowed.

  • No pets allowed.

  • No live weapons or firearms. Props are permitted.

• Rates & Booking:

  • Bookings are charged hourly. Be sure to wrap up and pack up within your booked time to avoid additional fees. Set up and wrap up is part of your booking time.

  • If you exceed your booked capacity, additional fees will apply.

• Liability:

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during your booking.

• Promotional Use:

  • We reserve the right to take and share behind-the-scenes photos/videos of activity in our space for promotional purposes.

• Security & Recording:

  • We have Ring cameras monitoring the sets. No cameras in restrooms or dressing rooms.

  • Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are strictly prohibited.

Cleaning Fee:

The cleaning fee is included in the rate. Cleaning fee is to ensure bathroom is stocked and trash is taken out. Cleaning fee is not to clean up after you or your guests. Please be sure to leave the studio in the condition it came in.

Additional Notes:

✅ All ages allowed in the space.
✅ Semi-Nudity is allowed for artistic projects only.
✅ Smoke machines are allowed.
✅ Production insurance is not required.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel up to 72 hours before their booking start time to receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

• Guests can request a reschedule at least 5 days before their booking if the booking is 4 hours or less.

• For bookings longer than 4 hours, rescheduling requests must be made at least one week in advance.

• If a reschedule is requested outside the grace period, additional fees may apply.

Note: Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability to ensure fairness for all guests and bookings.

• Studio Rentals: Available 24/7, 7 days a week for bookings at any time.
