Set Features:

1. Subway Station Hallway

   • 8 ft wide, 24 ft long hallway with overhead LED house lights.

   • Customizable LED sign for text changes.

   • Features a fake restroom door and an elevator set for added realism.

2. Elevator Set

   • 6 ft x 6 ft elevator with functional moving doors (operated manually by a pulley system; requires 2 people).

   • Built-in overhead RGB lights.

   • Frosted plexiglass ceiling allows for additional lighting customization.

3. Subway Set

   • Located at the end of the hallway, with interior and exterior shoot options.

   • Manual doors (requires crew member to open/close).

   • Space behind the subway set for C-stands and lighting setup.

   • Magnetic light-friendly—built-in metal plates allow easy attachment of magnetic lights (or rent from our add-ons). *Built in plates for 1 aputure 4ft and 2 aputure 2ft tubes

4. Money Room Set

   • Prop money racks, gold bars, and money bags.

   • Includes a money counter and a small metal table.

Audio Recording Notice

• To minimize noise, we recommend recording audio after 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri) and after 1:30 PM (Sat) due to occasional forklift use in a neighboring business.

Additional Studio Space (Optional Add-On)

• A separate studio located two doors down is available as a base camp for holding, craft services, or staging (no shooting allowed).

• Ideal for productions over 8 hours or with more than 15 people.

• Free street parking across the street.

• There is little to no natural light that comes in. If you require complete control over lighting, please bring additional equipment or modifiers.

• Professional lighting equipment is available for rent through our Add-Ons section when booking. Be sure to check the available options to suit your needs.

• Please handle all lighting and equipment with care.

Audio Considerations

• There is a business next door, which may cause audio interference.

• If you require exclusive sound control, it is best to do audio scenes after 5p M-F and after 1:30p on Saturdays as the business Nextdoor sometimes uses forklifts.

Equipment loading description

We have one door into the space.

• Booking rates start for 1-5 people guest count total. Please book accordingly and be sure to add guest count from add ons section.

• Do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time expecting to set up. Entry is allowed no more than five minutes before your booking time.

• No shooting outside the building.

• No flames, fake blood, liquids, or dirt effects. Any attempt will result in immediate charges and possible booking termination.

• No standing on or getting onto the roof of any of the sets. For safety, please do not get on the ceiling of any sets.

• No painting or spraying aerosols indoors.

• If hanging anything on walls, only 3M Command Strips (non-damaging) or existing wall screws may be used.

• No loitering outside the building.

• After 10 PM, bookings are limited to a maximum of 15 people. Rotating guests in and out to bypass this limit is not allowed.

• No smoking. (vaping is permitted).

• Newsstands may be moved but must be lifted—do not drag them. Dragging will damage the newspaper flooring, and any damages will incur a fee.

• All moved props must be returned to their original position before the booking ends.

• The number of attendees must not exceed what was booked. Extra guests will result in automatic charges.

• No live firearms or weapons. Prop weapons are permitted.

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during your booking.

• We are not liable for any injuries to persons or property during your shoot. Studio use is at your own risk and liability.

• The space must be left in its original condition.Any damages to the studio, furniture, props, or equipment may result in additional fees.

• No pets allowed. Unless agreed beforehand.

• Hourly rates apply.Set-up and cleanup time is part of your booking time. Exceeding your scheduled time may result in extra charges.

• If guests create an unsafe environment or cause excessive damage, we reserve the right to shut down the booking.

• We reserve the right to take and share behind-the-scenes photos/videos for promotional purposes.

Enhanced Health & Safety Measures

We prioritize a clean and safe environment for all productions.

Cleaning Fee:

The cleaning fee is included in the rate. Cleaning fee is to ensure bathroom is stocked and trash is taken out as needed. Cleaning fee is not to clean up after you or your guests. Please be sure to leave the studio in the condition it came in.

Security Cameras & Recording Devices

• Security cameras are in place for the safety of our studio, staff, and guests.

• No recording devices are permitted in bathrooms or dressing rooms.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel up to 72 hours before their booking start time to receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

• Guests can request a reschedule at least 5 days before their booking if the booking is 4 hours or less.

• For bookings longer than 4 hours, rescheduling requests must be made at least one week in advance.

• If a reschedule is requested outside the grace period, additional fees may apply.

Note: Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability to ensure fairness for all guests and bookings.
